We were married 55 years and I miss him very much.
Below is what our son, Matt, wrote about Jeff:
It is with great sadness that I announce the passing of my father, Jeff Kaplan, yesterday afternoon at the age of 79. An aficionado of music, photography and Nascar, he was a gentle giant who loved his family, especially his granddaughters, Grace and Jordyn. He fought to the bitter end, and I wish I had a bit more time with him. Make sure to give your kids a hug tonight and reach out to a family member to let them know you love them.

RIP old friend ! We went to school together at SaddleRock a long time ago. I did bump into him a few years ago in the Bronx where he had a business selling safes. I was doing inspections for the FD. So sad.....

We were kids together...all the way back to Saddle Rock School. We lost touch after High school but those old frienships stay in your heart forever. We lost you Jeff....but we'll smile when we remeber you...for sure !!!!

I remember Jeff when were at Saddle Rock School together. I specifically remember playing basketball against him in the the 6th grade. Even then he was a fiece competitor and great teammate. It was great to have him on your side. All good memories of Jeff.
