Alan H. Underberg, died suddenly on June 30, 2025, a resident of Atlantis, Florida. Previously of Locust Valley, New York.

He leaves behind his wife, Elyse, of 55 years; his son, Marc (Dara) of Mill Neck, New York; his grandchildren Eleanor, Marc, Jr. and Audrey and his wonderful Service Dog Jasmine.
Alan loved all of his dogs but Jasmine was very special to him.

Alan graduated New York University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics, Roth Graduate Business School of Long Island University with a Master's Degree in Accounting, Graduate of the Securities Industries Institute and Graduate of the Branch Management, Leadership Program the Wharton Business School, University of Pennsylvania.

He was a member of the New York National Guard 69th Infantry Division, the Fighting Irish and held many Senior Positions on Wall Street, most noticeably at Gruntal & Co. where he was Managing Director.
He loved living in Atlantis, riding on his golf cart with Jasmine by his side, watching the birds and the turtles.

Funeral was private.
