It is with deep sadness and grief that Beatriz Vlady, her daughters Natasha and Kate, her sons in-law Andrea and Helge, her grandkids Emilio, Gabriele, Christoffer and Oliver, and her sister in-law Nola, communicate that on Friday, October 27th, 2023, Andrew Vlady, Master printer and Co Founder of Kyron Ediciones Graficas Limitadas passed away in Mexico City.
We will be at Gayosso Felix Cuevas on Saturday, October 28th from 12 pm to 9 pm. And at Panteon Jardin (Desierto de los Leones) on Sunday, October 29th at 12 pm.
He will always be loved and remembered.

Ah, Andy. What a time it was.
Winter bowling at Walnut Lanes.
Summers skiing off Steppingstone Park
Evenings of uncontrollable laughter.
And then Rome 1968-69.
The intense, earnest discussions we had. About life. And death. Rome was a place to debrief and share new ideas and insights between our ramblings. The world was in tumult, we were 24, and life was glorious.
Thank you Andy. I’ll never forget you.

Although our personal contacts were few, bumping into each other in between classes, and sometimes in a classroom, I always remembered his warm and proactive personality. Andy was a good listener, and truly cared about others. He always showed kindness, and will be missed.
Dick, Hirsh.
